There are no refunds on delivery costs. The shippping cost debited from the return will be calculated based on the refund amount using the applicable percentage rate in the chart above.
In other words, if your return amounts to $40.00, then the amount debited from the refund would be 25% instead of a lower percentage, if applicable. The higher the purchase amount, the lower the rate for delivery charges (see chart above)
All shipping returns must be accompanied by Wedding Things N' Stuff's authorization email. Send your request for the return of merchandise within 5 days of your delivery. You may request authorization at returns@weddingthingsnstuff.com. Note the reason for the return request.
Refunds will be sent out within one to two weeks after Wedding Things N' Stuff has received the merchandise in the same packaging and enclosed authorization.
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. If the merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact your carrier and file a claim for a refund.
